Jeremy is our Online Business Development Strategist and principle Account Manager. Jeremy has over 15 years experience in visual design and a strong sales and marketing background.
Laurie Ward
Laurie is the founder of Bright Arrow and the best salesman you will ever meet. He has over twenty years experience in a mix of traditional and online marketing. Since 2002 he has focused exclusively on digital marketing and online brand management. This is because of the massive opportunities he saw then and continues to see with huge leaps in technology and the growing trend towards personalised online marketing.
Eugenie Hsieh
Eugenie is our coding, design and branding genius and pretty much the sweetest human being on the planet. If you’re lucky enough to interact with her you’ll soon learn why her nickname is Little Miss Sunshine.

Ryan is our Head of Client Services. Ryan has spent the past few years working with a wide range of clients and industries to put together effective client service systems and strategies that deliver measurable and effective results.
Jabin Hutchinson
Jabin is quite simply the Rainman of code. There is very little this man hasn’t studied, digested, quantified or at the very least read something about. He is a gargantuan tower of geeky knowledge that has already forgotten more about the internet than most people will ever learn.
